Ground Floor

A very spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area with exposed beams and large original Breton granite fireplace fitted with log burning stove. There are comfortable sofas, CD stereo and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. There is also an extra large fridge freezer. An inner hall leads through to the bathroom, which has been designed for wheelchair access, fitted with shower, basin and wc. A large double bedroom with exposed beams fitted with wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.

First Floor

The first floor has pine flooring throughout consisting of a large double bedroom with ensuite fitted with vanity unit and wc. Two twin bedrooms each fitted with built in wardrooms. A family size bathroom with shower, basin and wc.

A south facing patio at the front of the cottage with garden furniture and BBQ.

Outside

Large fully fenced garden leading to the securely fenced heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) and the games room with pool table, table football, pinball machine, table tennis and darts. To the rear of the property is a large grassed area for ball games, badminton and boules court. New for 2008 60m Zip Wire.
