Ground Floor

A large open plan living/dinning/kitchen area with exposed beams and large original Breton fireplace fitted with log burning stove. There are comfortable sofas, CD stereo and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher etc. There is also an extra large fridge freezer. Off the living area there is a separate small laundry room fitted with automatic washing machine.
Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and wc.
Double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe etc.

First Floor

The first floor has pine flooring throughout, consisting of one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms each with built in wardrobes etc. Bathroom with shower, basin and wc.

A south facing patio at the front of the cottage with garden furniture and BBQ.

Outside

Large fully fenced garden leading to the securely fenced heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) and the games room with pool table, table football, pinball machine, table tennis and darts. To the rear of the property is a large grassed area for ball games, badminton and boules court. New for 2008 60m Zip Wire.
